I. Background | |
DLL4(Delta-like ligand 4) 主要表达于血管内皮细胞,通过 “尖端细胞-茎细胞”分 化机制调控血管分支:DLL4 激活邻近细胞的 Notch1 信号,抑制其分化为尖端细胞,从而 限制血管过度生长,维持血管网络的有序性。在肿瘤微环境中,DLL4 在异常血管中高表 达,诱导血管结构紊乱(渗漏、低灌注),促进缺氧和化疗耐药。此外,DLL4 参与神经 发育及 T 细胞分化,其基因突变可导致 Adams-Oliver 综合征等先天性疾病。 |
