| I. Background | |
| CD40L 编码 CD40 配体，属于肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）超家族成员。该基因在活化 CD4+ T 细胞、部分 B 细胞和血小板中表达，其蛋白产物与 B 细胞表面 CD40 结合，激活 B 细胞增殖、分化及抗体类别转换，是 T 细胞依赖性体液免疫应答的关键调节因子。 CD40L 还参与细胞免疫和炎症反应，在动脉粥样硬化、类风湿关节炎等自身免疫病中发挥重要作 用。基因突变可导致 X-连锁高 IgM 综合征，表现为免疫缺陷和反复感染。此外，CD40L 在肿瘤微环境中通过调节免疫细胞功能影响肿瘤进展，是肿瘤免疫治疗的潜在靶点。 |
